WHO: Linda Bruner, CEO of Bruner Consulting
Associates, Inc., headquartered in Bridgeport with offices in Stamford
and Derby, CT, specializes in Information Technology, ERP/CRM
implementation, customized application development and Network
Services/Support/Security since 1980. Linda Bruner has been awarded
the Certified Management Consultant designation by the Institute of
Management Consultants.
WHAT: Bruner has been chosen to serve on Wachovia’s
Business Banking Customer Advisory Board for a term of 24 months. The
board is made up of 25 customers and meets twice a year to provide
input into products, processes and service provided by Wachovia.
WHEN: The next meeting of the Business Banking
Customer Advisory Board will be March 3-5, 2004 in Miami, FL.
WHY: Wachovia values customers’ honest opinions
and ideas of how the company is performing in the small business
marketplace. Through biannual year face-to-face meetings, the board
provides valuable input regarding their experiences while also helping
to generate proactive strategies for improving the company’s overall
position and service to all small business clients.
